Privacy, terms & AI disclosure
In short
Your journal is yours. Our commitments for launch: encrypted, never sold, never used to train AI models, deletable anytime — and we will not open the doors until each one is true and verified. Glow 'N Rise is not therapy, and we say so plainly wherever it matters.
These documents are working drafts, pending review by counsel before public launch. Last updated: July 19, 2026.
Where we are today: The Confidence Mirror is not yet available, and paid memberships are not yet offered. Right now this page governs one thing — the waitlist — and previews the commitments we intend to keep at launch. Before any AI or paid feature opens, we will publish the final terms, the full privacy policy, our AI provider's name and contractual commitments, and every required consent.
Privacy policy (draft)
- Right now, GlowNRise.com collects two kinds of information: the email address you choose to leave on our waitlist, and the standard technical records any web server keeps for security — IP address, browser type, and request time, held briefly by our hosting provider.
- We use your email to write to you about Glow 'N Rise, and for nothing else. Like most senders, our email service records whether a letter was opened and which links were clicked, so we can tell whether our letters are worth your time.
- You can leave the list with one click in any email. You can also ask us to delete your address at hello@glownrise.com — we remove it from our list, keeping only a small do-not-contact record so we never write to you again by mistake.
- We do not sell personal data. We do not run advertising pixels. The site itself runs no analytics at all today.
- When The Confidence Mirror launches, journals will be encrypted at rest, never used by us to train AI models, and yours to export or delete at any time. We will not launch with any AI provider unless its contract terms prohibit training on our members' content — and we will name the provider, and publish those terms and the full policy here, before launch.
Terms of service (draft)
- Joining the waitlist costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
- Membership pricing, the founding member offer, and the 30-day guarantee on annual plans will be stated in full, plain English on the membership page at launch.
- Canceling will be self-serve and at least as easy as joining — no phone calls, no guilt — and your journal and Living Portrait will stay yours to export or delete.
AI disclosure (draft)
- The Confidence Mirror, when it launches, will be an AI-powered companion built on large language models. It is designed to remember your story, encourage you, and help you act — and to be honest about what it is: AI, not a human.
- The Mirror is not therapy, not medical care, and not a licensed professional. If a conversation shows signs of crisis, the Mirror will say so gently and point to real help, including the 988 Suicide & Crisis Lifeline in the US.
- What the Mirror remembers about you — the Living Portrait — is yours to view, edit, and delete.
- Your conversations will never be sold, and we will never use them to train AI models. We will require the same of our AI provider in writing, and publish the provider's name and the exact commitment here before the Mirror opens.

GlowNRise.com sets no cookies today — none. We last audited the live, deployed site on July 19, 2026: no cookies, no local storage, no third-party scripts. We repeat that check when we ship changes. If this ever changes, this page will say so first, with a full list of what is set and why.
